What Can I Expect During an Energy Healing Session?
Every session begins with about 30 minutes of complimentary life coaching to discuss your emotional state and physical well-being. Then, we will commence the divinely guided healing session while you lay face up on my massage table. Every session is uniquely tailored to your specific needs, while my hands are guided to locate the area of your body where you have stored your unresolved emotions. You will slip into a meditative state while I balance your energy system.
All of the following modalities are combined in every session.
Somatic Energy Healing
Our emotional, physical, and mental health depend on balancing the body’s energy systems. Somatic energy healing aims to achieve this balance by freeing you of the negative emotions that are stored in your body.
Chakra Release
Our unresolved emotions get stored in their relative chakra. I calibrate low vibrations to high vibrations with specific hand placements, and breathing techniques, to achieve the ideal balance in your energy system. The effects will manifest in both improvements in emotional well-being and physical healing.
Energy Based Healing
My gift of healing addresses the root cause of what is holding you back. My gift of healing address the root cause of your fibromyalgia pain.
Jin Shin Release
The technique within this healing art involves the application of touch on specific points on the body in a particular sequence, as a form of non-verbal communication with your body’s communication system. Your blockages let go and release, from being acknowledged.
